I just received my tickets from FedEx and would like to say thanks for the great service. I tried to make reservations over the web but after a few problems I called the help desk where a very nice and unbeliveable helpful CSR called Maya went out of her way to find the best fare for my schedule and itinerary.

Please let her supervisor know that she's an example that should be followed by all customer service personnel in any company. I used to be a loyal Expedia customer but Maya (I hope I am spelling her name right..) converted me.

I had to book a flight on very short notice to Shanghai PR China. I made just about every mistake possible when I booked the flight. Your customer service fixed each and every one of them and worked with me to make sure everything worked out and I could travel as planned. I want to thank you for all your help, excellent service and attention to detail! Since you have been working so hard to make this trip happen for me, I figured I should do my part…so…I went over to a Fedex store locally and bet the dead-line of 7pm east coast time for next day delivery!
